Status: This project never got beyond the taking of customer deposits and is now for sale as a parcel of land.

Located on Encanto Beach this project was originally called the Villages II Project. The developer allegedly took money from buyers of the development but the project never materialized. It is assumed that several buyers were then switched to Villa Cortez. The developer has since taken many deposits from new buyers.

As of January, 2009, other than the model, no infrastructure has been put in place nor has ground been broken on any buildings. It is obvious since this project is for sale that the developer is having financial difficulties in trying to secure new financing and this project seems will never be built.
